Registration is simple! Visit the AESURG 2026 Registration Page.and
select your preferred registration package.
We offer several registration options to suit your needs:
- Residential Packages
- Non-Residential Package
- Students Flexi Package (exclusively for students)
- Triple Sharing Rooms per person package available where 3 students can share a room.
- Special rates are available for IAAPS members, non-IAAPS members, and international delegates, so make sure to choose the appropriate category.
- If you are an Indian but not an IAAPS member, you can become an IAAPS member. Visit www.iaaps.net to join.
- We accept various payment methods, including Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and others. For more details on payment options, check the registration page for comprehensive bank information.
- Each payment method incurs separate processing fees.
- For direct bank transfers, please email the registration details along with the payment UTR details to conferences@vamaevents.com and CC treasurer.aesurg26@gmail.com. Kindly attach the registration form, which can be downloaded from the website's Download section.
Yes! Take advantage of our discounted registration phases:
- Deep Discount: March to May 2025
- Early Bird: June to August 2025
- Regular Registration: September to December 2025
- Absolutely! Senior citizens (aged 75 and above) can enjoy a complimentary non-residential registration. However, please note that accommodation fees will need to be covered separately.
- Senior citizens can register by sending an email to conferences@vamaevents.com with their ID proof for age along with the registration form.
We understand plans can change! Here's the refund policy:
- Cancellations before October 30, 2025: 25% deduction.
- Cancellations before December 31, 2025: 50% deduction.
- After January 1, 2026, no refunds are available.
Only qualified Plastic Surgeons (MCh, DNB) can register for the
conference.
Our online payment supports international payments.
Only Payment in dollar is accepted for the international delegate.

3. Select Your Registration Category
- Choose your category based on your membership status (IAAPS Member, Non-Member, or International Delegate).
- Keep an eye on the discounts available for early registration!
4. Fill in the Registration Form
- Avoid using auto-fill; enter information manually.
- Ensure no special characters (like @, $, /, _, ., %, etc.) are used.
- Double-check that no extra spaces are left.
- Membership No. is required for IAAPS members.
- For the contact number, be sure to manually enter the country code (e.g., 91 for India).
Complete the registration form carefully with all required details:
5. Upload Required Documents (if applicable)
- If you're registering as a student, upload a certificate from your Head of Department as per the instructions.
- Documents must be in .jpg, .pdf, or .doc format and should not exceed 10 MB in size.
6. Make Your Payment
Choose your preferred payment method and complete the transaction
7. Confirmation of Registration
Once your registration is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details.
