Welcome to the abstract submission portal for AESURG 2026, the premier international conference on aesthetic surgery. The AESURG 2026 conference will be held in India from January 22nd to 26th, 2026. We invite researchers, practitioners, and innovators from around the world to submit their original work for consideration.

1. General Submission Guidelines

• Eligibility: Submissions are open to all qualified plastic surgeons in the field of aesthetic surgery. Abstracts must be original.
• Language: All abstracts must be submitted in English.
• Submission Process: Abstracts must be submitted to sciaesurg2026@gmail.com with a cc to dr.getafix@gmail.com. The subject line should mention the category of the presentation followed by the title of the abstract.
• Submission Deadline: All abstracts must be submitted by October 31st, 2025. Late submissions will not be considered.

2. Abstract Structure

Your abstract must include the following sections, with a maximum word count of 300 words:

• Title: A concise and descriptive title (limit: 15 words).
• Authors and Affiliations: List all authors and their institutions. The presenting author must be marked.
• Background: Provide a brief background of the study, outlining the scientific problem or clinical issue addressed.
• Objectives: Clearly state the primary goals or hypotheses of the study or presentation.
• Methods: Describe the methodology used, including patient/sample population, techniques, and equipment (as applicable).
• Results: Present key findings in a clear and concise manner. Provide numerical data, statistical analysis, and/or clinical observations.
• Conclusion: Summarize the findings, implications for aesthetic surgery, and possible future directions or recommendations.
• Keywords: Provide 3-5 keywords to help classify the abstract within relevant topics (e.g., Breast Surgery, Rhinoplasty, Minimally Invasive Techniques, Patient Safety).

3. Categories for Abstract Submission

Abstracts should be submitted under one of the following categories:

• Facial Aesthetic Surgery
• Breast Surgery
• Body Contouring
• Minimally Invasive Aesthetic Procedures
• Gender Reaffirmation Surgery
• Technological Innovations in Aesthetic Surgery
• Patient Safety, Ethics, and Outcomes
• Research and Clinical Studies
• Practice Management

4. Review and Evaluation Process

• Peer Review: All abstracts will undergo a blind peer-review process by a committee of experts in the field of aesthetic surgery. Submissions will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
  • Innovation and Originality
  • Scientific Rigor and Methodology
  • Clinical Relevance and Impact
  • Clarity and Structure
• Notification: Authors will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of their abstract by November 30th, 2025.
• Accepted Abstracts: Authors of accepted abstracts will be invited to present their work as either an oral presentation or poster at the conference.

5. Oral Presentations and Poster Presentations

• Oral Presentations: Accepted abstracts selected for oral presentation will be assigned a 10-minute or 5-minute presentation slot. Presenters will be required to prepare a PowerPoint or equivalent presentation.
  • Note: All presenters must attend the conference in person.
• Poster Presentations: Accepted abstracts not selected for oral presentation can be presented as posters. Poster dimensions and setup details will be provided upon acceptance. Presenters should be available to discuss their work during the designated poster session.

6. Presenter Requirements

• Registration: All presenting authors must register for AESURG 2026 by December 15th, 2025. Abstracts will not be included in the program unless the presenter is registered.
• Conflict of Interest: All presenters must disclose any potential conflicts of interest, including financial relationships with industry sponsors, in the submission process.

• Abstract Submission Deadline: October 31^st, 2025
• Notification of Acceptance: November 30^th, 2025
• Presenter Registration Deadline: December 15^th, 2025

9. Publication of Abstracts

• All accepted abstracts will be published in the AESURG 2026 Abstract Book and may be made available online through the conference website. Additionally, selected abstracts may be invited for publication in a peer-reviewed journal.

10. Additional Recommendations

• Visual and Multimedia Integration: Allow for the submission of additional materials such as images, videos, or diagrams (if applicable) to enhance the quality of the abstract.
• Commonest file format will be pptx. If you want to present in keynote, we can allow that at the time of actual presentation.
